ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's quality management system.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental regulations and standards.
- Conduct internal and external audits to assess the effectiveness of management systems.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics departments to ensure the quality of products and processes.
- Manage non-conformities and develop corrective and preventive action plans.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance in terms of quality and compliance.
- Develop and implement quality, safety and environmental training programmes for staff.
- Prepare reports and analyses on the performance of management systems and present recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety in the company.
- Manage the environmental aspects of the company and develop initiatives to reduce environmental impact.

WYMAGANIA:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, management systems and safety and environment.
- Experience within hydraulic solutions for renewables would be an asset
- Knowledge of quality (ISO 9001), safety (ISO 45001) and environmental (ISO 14001) regulations and standards.
- Experience in conducting internal and external audits.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Very good knowledge of English.
